شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و نظارت بر فرآیند‌های تولید.
• مدیریت و رهبری تیم‌های تولید برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمان.
• تضمین کیفیت و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای تولید.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل عملکرد تولید و ارائه گزارش‌های مرتبط.
• مدیریت منابع انسانی و مادی برای بهینه‌سازی استفاده از آن‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با تیم‌ها و مدیریت ارشد.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی مکانیک یا مهندسی برق.
• توانایی رهبری موثر و مدیریت زمان.
• مهارت‌های پیشرفته در حل مسئله و استدلال کلامی.
• توانایی ارتباط موثر با اعضای تیم و سایر واحدها.
• تجربه و درک عمیق از عملیات تولید و فرآیندهای مرتبط.
• توانایی و اشتیاق به حفظ اخلاق کسب‌وکار.
• ترجیحاً سابقه کار در صنعت پلیمری.

Responsibilities:

- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- Preferably work experience in the polymer industry
