سرپرست امور مناقصات | Tender Supervisor

شرکت بین‌الملل عمران سریر در صنعت ساختمان فعالیت می‌کند و به دنبال فردی برای عنوان سرپرست واحد مناقصات در تهران است. این نقش به مدیریت و هدایت فرآیندهای مرتبط با مناقصات و ارائه پروپوزال‌های موفق در پروژه‌های عمرانی مرتبط است.

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و ارزیابی مناقصات جدید در بازار.
• تهیه و ارائه پروپوزال‌های دقیق و کامل برای مناقصات.
• ارزیابی و تحلیل نیازمندی‌های پروژه و ارائه راه‌حل‌های منطبق با منابع موجود.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های مهندسی و مالی برای تضمین برآورده کردن اهداف پروژه.
• نظارت بر فرآیندهای ارائه پیشنهادات و پاسخ‌دهی به سوالات و ابهامات کارفرمایان.
• امکان‌سنجی و بازدید از محل پروژه (سایت ویزیت)، جمع‌آوری قیمت‌های محلی، شرایط کار در محل و دریافت سایر اطلاعات و تهیه گزارشات لازمه.
• شرکت در جلسات فنی با صاحب نظران شرکت در خصوص شناسایی پروژه‌های مورد مناقصه.
• مطالعه کلیه اسناد مناقصه، شامل دفترچه‌های فهرست مقادیر، شرایط عمومی و خصوصی پیمان جهت شرکت در مناقصات و ارائه گزارشات مربوطه.
• تعیین کلیه موارد خواسته شده در اسناد مناقصه در رابطه با آنالیز قیمت، برنامه زمان‌بندی، لیست منابع و روش اجرا.
• آنالیز قیمت و تهیه جداول مربوطه.
• انجام مقایسه قیمت مشاور با قیمت پروژه‌های مشابه در دست ساخت شرکت یا مناقصه‌های مشابه قبلی.
• جمع‌بندی مدارک فنی و مالی و ارائه مدارک در فرمت خواسته شده جهت مناقصات.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فهارس بها، شرایط عمومی پیمان و امور قراردادی و همچنین ضوابط سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی رشته عمران و مورد استفاده در شرکت جهت محاسبات سازه، طراحی و غیره.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزاری‌های برآورد آنالیز بها.

The International Civil Engineering Company is working in the building industry and is looking for a person to head the bidding unit in Tehran. This role is to manage and direct bidding processes and provide successful proposals in construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new bidding in the market.
- Prepare and present Careful and complete proposals for bidding.
- Evaluation and analysis of project requirements and providing solutions to existing resources.
- close cooperation with engineering and financial teams to ensure project goals.
- Monitoring the processes for submitting suggestions and answering employers' questions and ambiguities.
Merciful:
1-Project Placement (Visit Site), Local Prices Collecting, Work Conditions And receiving other information and preparing reports
2) participation in technical meetings with company experts on identifying bidding projects
3-Review of all tender documents, including listing booklets, public and private conditions of the treaty Participate in the bidding and presentation of relevant reports
4- Determining all the items requested in the tender documents regarding price analysis, schedule, resource list and implementation method
5- Price analysis and relevant tables
6- Compare the price of consulting with similar projects under construction of a company or similar bidding
7-Collection of technical and financial documents and submitting documents in the format for tenders
Convention and Contracting Affairs as well as the State Budget and Budget Organization Regulations
9-Master of Specialized Civil Software Used in the Company for Structural Calculations, Design etc.
