مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• نظارت، کنترل و هدایت فعالیت‌های اجرایی کارخانه در راستای راهبردها و اهداف کلان شرکت.
• نظارت بر روند تولید محصولات جاری از لحاظ برنامه کاهش اتلاف‌ها و توقفات برنامه‌ریزی نشده.
• مدیریت منابع انسانی زیرمجموعه (مشارکت در استخدام، آموزش و توسعه، مدیریت عملکرد و اقدامات انگیزشی).
• مدیریت مالی و بودجه: تدوین و نظارت بر بودجه‌های تولید، تحلیل و کنترل هزینه‌ها و اجرای استراتژی‌های کاهش هزینه برای بهبود سودآوری.
• ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی روزانه و دوره‌ای به مدیرعامل.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح برنامه تولید روزانه و ماهیانه و استانداردها و آیین‌نامه‌های اجرایی تولید.
• برنامه‌ریزی و ارائه درخواست‌های تعمیرات در کلیه زمینه‌ها به واحد تعمیرات و نگهداری و همکاری جهت انجام تعمیرات و بازرسی‌های دوره‌ای.
• نظارت بر رعایت دقیق مقررات ایمنی و HSE.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم و فرآیندها و استانداردهای تولید، برنامه‌ریزی، کنترل کیفیت و تعمیرات و نگهداری.
• آشنایی کامل با فرایند ممیزی‌های سازمانی.
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی در حوزه مواد غذایی.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی و رهبری قوی.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و حل مسئله.
• آشنایی کامل با نگارش اصول گزارش فنی و تحلیل گزارشات.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مدیریت در صنعت غذایی ترجیحاً صنعت نان های حجیم و نیمه حجیم صنعتی.
• حداقل سن: 35 سال.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, controlling and directing the executive activities of the factory in line with the strategies and goals of the company. Not done.
• Human resources management of the sub-category (participation in recruitment, training and development, performance management and motivational measures). Cost reduction strategies to improve profitability.
• Providing daily and periodical analytical reports to the CEO.
• Monitoring the correct implementation of the daily and monthly production plan and production standards and regulations.
• Planning and submitting repair requests in all fields to the repair and maintenance unit and cooperating to carry out periodic repairs and inspections.
• Complete familiarity with the concepts and processes and standards of production, planning, quality control and repairs and maintenance.
• Complete familiarity with the process of organizational audits.
• Complete familiarity with national and international standards in the field food.
• Having strong management and leadership skills.
• Having analytical and problem solving skills.
• Thorough familiarity with the principles of writing technical reports and analyzing reports.
• At least five years of management experience. In the food industry, preferably the industrial bulk and semi-bulky bread industry.
• Minimum age: 35 years
