وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت بر عملکرد و فرآیندها از زمان ثبت محصول تا خروج محصول.
• مدیریت منابع و هزینه‌ها و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها.
• مدیریت ریسک‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه.
• برنامه‌ریزی مالی و مدیریت هزینه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

مهارت‌ها و تجربیات مورد نیاز:

• حداقل ده سال تجربه در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت پروژه‌ها ترجیحاً در صنایع بسته‌بندی و تولید.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم‌ها و ارزیابی عملکرد.
• دانش فنی در زمینه فناوری‌های بسته‌بندی و تولید محصولات اسپتیک.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی همکاری با تیم‌ها و شرکت‌های شریک.

Kisan Pak company, active in the printing and packaging industry and production of aseptic products (Tetrapak), is looking for an experienced and capable person for the position of planning manager to help us in managing and improving production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and processes from product registration to product release
- Manage resources and costs and optimize processes
- Manage risks and provide optimal solutions
- Ability Financial planning and cost management Required skills and experience: - At least 10 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably in the packaging and manufacturing industries - Ability to manage teams and evaluate Performance
- Technical knowledge in the field of packaging technologies and production of aseptic products
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams and partner companies
