نقش شما در تیم شامل موارد زیر است:

• طراحی و تدوین فرایندهای مدیریت پروژه شامل دستورالعمل‌ها و فرم‌ها.
• همکاری با مدیر پروژه جهت جمع‌آوری و اعتبارسنجی اطلاعات پروژه.
• تهیه و کنترل اسناد مرتبط با طرح پروژه.
• تهیه برنامه زمانبدی پروژه و پیگیری پیشرفت پروژه مطابق آن.
• مشخص کردن واریانس پروژه با اهداف اولیه.
• کنترل، ذخیره و مدیریت اطلاعات پروژه در سیستم‌های سازمان.
• برقراری ارتباط با تیم‌های داخلی و خارجی جهت تضمین تحقق اهداف پروژه.
• جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پروژه و درج و به‌روزرسانی آن‌ها در سامانه‌های نرم افزاری و داشبورد شرکت.
• تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی از وضعیت و پیشرفت پروژه ، تجزیه و تحلیل آن‌ها و ارائه به مدیریت.
• برگزاری جلسات رصد و پایش داخلی و خارجی با نمایندگان و ذینفعان پروژه.
• مشارکت در ممیزی‌های تضمین کیفیت پروژه.

نیازمندی‌های این شغل شامل موارد زیر است:

• تسلط بالا به زبان انگلیسی الزام محسوب می‌شود.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• آشنایی با اصول مدیریت پروژه و متدولوژی‌های چابک (Agile).
• مهارت عالی در مدیریت زمان و برنامه‌ریزی.
• مسلط به ابزارهای Office به ویژه MS Project ،Excel ،PowerPoint.
• دانش کافی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.
• روحیه کار تیمی بالا، مسئولیت پذیری، دارا بودن ذهن تحلیل‌گر و حل مسئله و خلاق.
• تسلط به Jira مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای BI مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Your role in the team includes the following: >Collaboration with the project manager to collect and validate project information
Prepare and control documents related to the project plan
Prepare the project schedule and track the project progress according to it
Determine the variance of the project with primary goals
Control , Storing and managing project information in the organization's systems
Establishing communication with internal and external teams to ensure the achievement of project goals
Collecting project information and inserting and updating them in the company's software systems and dashboard
Preparing management reports on the status and progress of the project, analyzing them and presenting them to the management
Holding internal and external monitoring and monitoring meetings with representatives and stakeholders of the project
Participating in project quality assurance audits

The requirements of this job include the following:

High proficiency in English is considered a requirement
At least 3 years of work experience in the field of project planning and control
At least a degree Bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering or related fields
Familiarity with the principles of project management and Agile methodologies
Excellent skills in time management and planning
Proficient in office tools, especially MS Project. Excel, PowerPoint
Sufficient knowledge in the field of information technology
High teamwork spirit, responsibility, having an analytical and creative problem-solving mind
Mastery of Jira is considered an advantage
Mastery of BI software is an advantage is considered
