Are you an experienced HR professional ready to play a pivotal role in shaping a people-first culture? We’re looking for an HR Senior Specialist to join our team and take charge of developing strategies that attract, retain, and nurture the best talent in the industry.
What You’ll Do

As our HR Senior Specialist, you’ll:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

        Lead recruitment efforts, from crafting job descriptions to sourcing top-tier candidates and conducting interviews.
        Design and implement an onboarding process that ensures new hires feel welcome, informed, and inspired.

• Employee Relations & Engagement

        Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
        Serve as the go-to advisor for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.

• Performance Management & Development

        Oversee the performance review process, ensuring fair and actionable evaluations.
        Develop training programs and career development plans that align with both individual and organizational goals.

• HR Compliance & Policies

        Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies across all operations.
        Regularly review and update HR procedures to reflect best practices and ensure alignment with Six2Fit’s mission.

• HR Data & Reporting

        Leverage HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of people strategies and drive data-informed decision-making.
        Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment success.

What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking someone who has:

• Experience: 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a senior or specialist role.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (experience with Zoho People is a bonus).
• Data-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Personality: A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
