معرفی موقعیت

مهندسی کارخانه/سایت را با صلاحیت لازم در سیستم اتوماسیون کارخانه (fas) ارائه می‌کند. سیستم کنترل فرآیند و سیستم اجرای تولید (م) برای پشتیبانی موثر از فعالیت های عملیاتی تولید و بهبود مستمر عملکرد تولید.
مهندسی اتوماسیون یک رشته بین عملکردی است که نیاز به دانش متناسب از توسعه سخت افزار و نرم افزار و کاربردهای آن دارد.

مسئولیت های اصلی

• اطمینان از نصب و عملیات ایمن در هر زمان از طریق طراحی مناسب، سیستم های حفاظتی، رویه ها و آموزش.
• با مهندس اتوماسیون سایت/افسر ایمنی در مورد مسائل مربوط به ایمنی، کنترل، و صرفه جویی در انرژی ارتباط برقرار کنید.
• هماهنگی با تولید، مدیریت کیفیت، و مهندسی برای حل مشکلات اتوماسیون و مشکلات.

• اطمینان از ارتقای مناسب اسناد اتوماسیون و mes (راهنماها، نمودارها، برگه داده ابزار، بسته های نرم افزاری/مجوزها) از طریق بایگانی و بایگانی کارآمد. رویه ها.

مسئولیت های مربوط به نگهداری و بهبود اتوماسیون و دارایی های mes:

• اطمینان حاصل شود که رویه های پشتیبان گیری مناسب برای تمام سیستم های اتوماسیون و صنعتی که از تولید پشتیبانی می کنند وجود دارد و مطابق با استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات نستله با استفاده از تعمیر و نگهداری مبتنی بر پیامد (cdm) به عنوان رویکردی چندمنظوره برای حفظ/بهبود فعال دارایی‌های ثابت و مدیریت دارایی و نگهداری (amm) به عنوان فرآیند مدیریت چرخه عمر دارایی.
• چشم انداز تعالی تعمیر و نگهداری را با تلاش برای حوزه فعال m&i اتخاذ کنید.
• نظارت بر کارخانه و تجهیزات برای اطمینان از عملکرد بهینه و کاهش زمان توقف برنامه ریزی شده و برنامه ریزی نشده.

مسئولیت‌های مربوط به نصب و راه‌اندازی دارایی‌های اتوماسیون جدید:
• اطمینان حاصل شود که توجیه، درخواست تأیید و گزارش مطابق با دستورالعمل‌های سرمایه‌گذاری است.
• اطمینان حاصل شود که موارد جدید تاسیسات با درجه بالایی از انعطاف‌پذیری طراحی شده‌اند تا عملکردها را برای سازگاری بهتر با محیط در حال تغییر با در نظر گرفتن موضوع ایمنی محصول و افراد، قادر سازند.
• تسهیل معرفی و اجرای فناوری‌های جدید در هماهنگی با بازار محلی ، فنی مرکزی و مهندسی ptc.

شرایط کلیدی
• لیسانس / کارشناسی ارشد در مهندسی برق (کنترل / الکترونیک).
• 3 سال تجربه مرتبط در زمینه کنترل، ترجیحاً تولید مواد غذایی یا صنعت کالاهای مصرفی ترجیح داده می شود.
• توانایی ایجاد انگیزه و مربیگری دیگران.
• مهارت های تحلیلی در حل مسئله
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط با حوزه های تجاری، تسلط خوب بر ابزارهای آفیس مایکروسافت.
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (نوشتاری و گفتاری).
• توانایی کار با نرم افزارهای اتوماسیون (simatic manager, wincc & tia) الزامی است
• توانایی کار با نرم افزار اتوماسیون alan bradley (سری نرم افزارهای studio 5000 و rs logix) به علاوه
• قابلیت عیب یابی و اجرای شبکه های صنعتی (profibus، profinet و modbus) الزامی است

REPORTS TO: Factory E&A Manager;

Position Intro:

Provide factory/site engineering with the required competence in Factory Automation System (FAS), Process Control System, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to effectively support manufacturing operational activities and continuously improve manufacturing performance. Automation engineering is a cross-functional discipline that requires proportional knowledge of hardware and software development and its applications.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure at all times safe installations and operations through proper design, protection systems, procedures, and training.
• Liaise with the site Automation Engineer/Safety Officer on matters relating to safety, control, and energy conservation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Management, and Engineering to resolve Automation and MES issues.
• Ensure that there exists within the Automation and MES team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Team members are encouraged never to implement any change, whether directly instructed to, or under his/her own initiative, without first questioning its impact in relation to product safety/quality, people safety, and the environment. No compromises should be tolerated.
• Ensure at all times the technical integrity and performance of the Automation and MES equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate Automation and MES maintenance and project work by technicians and contractors.
• Ensure proper enhancement of Automation and MES documents (manuals, diagrams, instrument data sheet, software packages/licenses) through efficient filing and archiving procedures.
• Initiate Continuous Improvement (CI) in Automation and MES with the aim of achieving optimized plant performance.

Responsibilities relating to the Maintenance and Improvement of Automation and MES assets:

• Implement maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability, sustainability, and security of the Automation and MES infrastructure. Ensure proper backup procedures are in place for all automation and industrial IT systems supporting production.
• Execute the maintenance of the Automation and MES in accordance with the Nestle Maintenance Strategy using Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM) as the multi-disciplined approach to proactively maintain/improve the fixed assets and Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM) as the process to manage the asset lifecycle.
• Adopt the Maintenance Excellence vision by striving for the M&I Proactive Domain.
• Monitor plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned and unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities relating to the installation of new Automation and MES assets:

• Ensure that the justification, request for approval, and reporting are in line with the Guidelines for Capital Investment.
• Ensure that new installations are designed with a high degree of flexibility to better enable the operations to adjust to a changing environment keeping in mind the issue of product and people safety.
• Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new technologies in coordination with the local, market, central technical, and PTC engineering.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (Control/Electronic).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the control field, preferably food manufacturing or the consumer goods industry is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and coach others.
• Analytical skills in problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate with the business areas, good command of Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• The ability to work with automation software (Simatic Manager, WINCC and TIA) is a must.
• The ability to work with Allen-Bradley automation software (Studio 5000 and RS Logix software series) is a plus.
• The ability to troubleshoot and implement industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus) is a must.
