ما در ستاد مرکزی شرکت افق کوروش در جستجوی یک کارشناس شبکه برای پیوستن به تیم تحول دیجیتال خود در تهران هستیم. اگر می‌توانید با مدیریت و نگهداری سامانه‌های شبکه نقش کلیدی در تضمین عملکرد بهینه شبکه‌ها و پشتیبانی از زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات ایفا کنید، مشتاقانه منتظر شما هستیم.
شرح شغل:
- نظارت بر مدیریت روزانه و ارزیابی عملکرد سرورها و زیرساخت‌های شبکه و اطمینان از عملکرد یکپارچه.
- رهبری نصب، بهره‌برداری و نگهداری سخت‌افزار و نرم‌افزار سرور شرکت، ادغام فرآیندهای اتوماسیون پیشرفته برای کارایی.
- عیب‌یابی سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری با مستندسازی مشکلات و راه‌حل‌ها، اولویت‌بندی مسائل و ارزیابی تأثیر آن‌ها.
- اطمینان از در دسترس بودن و کیفیت خدمات سیستم‌ها.
- شناسایی، تحقیق و حل مشکلات فنی، مستندسازی و پیگیری به موقع مسائل.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
- دو تا چهار سال تجربه در پشتیبانی شبکه/سیستم.
- درک کاملی از شبکه TCP/IP (زیرشبکه‌ها، قوانین فایروال، وضوح DNS و NAT).
- مسلط به مسیریابی و سوئیچینگ (پروتکل‌های l2 و l3).
- مسلط به استفاده از دانش پیشرفته مجازی‌سازی، به ویژه در VMware Virtualization.
- آشنایی با سرورها و تنظیمات HP از جمله RAID Setups.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و کار گروهی عالی.

We are looking for a network expert to join our team in Tehran at Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores. If you can play a key role in ensuring optimal system performance by analyzing information, we are looking forward to hearing from you.
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily management and performance assessment of servers and network infrastructure and ensure seamless operation.
- Lead the installation, operation, and maintenance of the company's server hardware and software, integrating advanced automation processes for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software by documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing their impact.
- Ensure the availability and quality of systems services.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical issues, document, and follow up on issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Two to four years of experience in network/system support.
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking (subnets, firewall rules, DNS, and NAT resolution).
- Proficient in routing and switching (l2 and l3 protocols).
- Proficient in using advanced virtualization knowledge, especially in VMware Virtualization.
- Familiarity with HP servers and configurations including RAID Setups.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
