شرح شغل:

• تحلیل فرآیندهای جاری و پیشنهاد بهبود برای افزایش کارایی.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های مختلف برای اجرای پروژه‌ها به موقع و در چارچوب بودجه.
• نظارت بر روند پیشرفت پروژه‌ها و اطمینان از اجرای دقیق مراحل.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای و ارائه به مدیریت.
• شناسایی چالش‌ها و راه‌حل‌های ابتکاری برای مشکلات فرآیند.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• تجربه‌ کاری در زمینه کنترل و مدیریت پروژه در صنعت خودرو.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی و توانایی شناسایی مشکلات و ارائه راه‌حل.
• توانایی کار تیمی و برقراری ارتباط موثر با دیگران.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با مدیریت پروژه و تحلیل فرآیند.

Bahman Motor, a reputable company in the automotive industry, is looking for a process expert to join the engineering team in Tehran. This position requires mechanical engineering and focuses on controlling and managing related projects.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency
- Coordination with different teams To implement projects on time and within the budget
