ماموریت شما در زرین رویا توسعه و طراحی فرآیند تولید الکتریکی و اتوماسیون برای محصولات و پروژه‌های جدید و بهبود فرآیندهای موجود با ارزیابی فناوری‌ها و نوآوری‌های جدید است.
خلاصه‌ای از شرح وظایف این موقعیت شغلی به شرح زیر است:
- تحلیل مشکلات کیفی و فنی اتوماسیون خط تولید و کمک به حل آن‌ها و استانداردسازی خطوط تولید در زمینه الکتریکی و اتوماسیون.
- ساخت تجهیزات الکتریکی مورد نیاز برای دپارتمان تحقیق و توسعه و عملیات طبق نیازهای شرکت.
- تحقیق در زمینه توسعه فرآیند ماشین‌ها و تحلیل فرآیندها و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مؤثر و پیاده‌سازی آن‌ها.
- بررسی اتوماسیون و فرآیند دستگاه‌های تولید و ارائه راه‌حل‌هایی برای بهبود، ارتقاء و تحلیل داده‌های فرآیند.
- انجام آزمایشات تحقیق و توسعه برای فرآیند و توسعه مواد و طراحی محصول و دستیابی به اجماع برای رسیدن به نتایج صحیح و رفع نقص‌ها.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مهندسی برق.
- حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در صنعت FMCG.
- آشنایی با تدوین استانداردهای فنی پروسه خطوط تولید و پروسه طراحی مهندسی و تجهیزات.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Office و تخصصی مربوطه (Minitab).
- مسلط به PLC Programming و نرم‌افزارهای تحلیل داده.
- مسلط به گفتار و نوشتار به زبان انگلیسی.
- مسئولیت‌پذیر در امور محوله.
- مشتاق در یادگیری و تلاشگر در جهت پیشرفت.
- توانمند در انجام امور به صورت تیمی.
Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to develop and design the process of electrical generation and automation for new products and projects and improve existing processes by evaluating new technologies and innovations.
A summary of the tasks of this job position as follows Is:
- Analysis of the quality and technical problems of the production line automation and help to solve them and standardize production lines in the field of electrical and automation
- Construction of electrical equipment needed for the Research and Development Department in accordance with the needs of the company
BR>- Research on the development of machine process and process analysis and provision of effective solutions and implementation
- Investigating Automation and Process Process Production Devices and Providing Solutions for Improvement, Promotion and Analysis of Process Data < BR>- Perform Research and Development Experiments for Process and Product Design and Product Design and Achievement to achieve correct results and defects
Conditions:
- Minimum degree Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Electrical Engineering
- at least 2 years of work experience in the FMCG
- Introduction to the formulation of technical standards of production lines and engineering design and equipment
- mastering Office and specialized software (Minitab )
- Mastery of PLC Programming and Data Analysis Software
- Mastery of Speech and Writing in English
