JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for healthcare. This role focuses on creating models to interpret medical documents using transfer learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Model Development: Build VLMs for understanding medical documents.
— Data Management: Manage and preprocess large medical datasets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
— Machine Learning: Proficient in VLMs, RAG, transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT), and transfer learning.
— Computer Vision: OCR technologies and layout-aware models (e.g., LayoutLM).
— NLP: Experience with NER, text classification, and sequence models.
— Data Engineering: Manage large datasets and develop data pipelines.
— Model Evaluation: Skilled in benchmarking and ensuring high accuracy with customer data.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
— Generative AI: Knowledge of GANs and adaptive learning.
— Scalability: Deploy models in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and use distributed training (e.g., PyTorch DDP).
— Tools: MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes.
— Industry Knowledge: Familiar with medical terminology and data privacy standards.
