مهندس شبکه آی‌پی | IP Network Engineer

تامین ارتباطات تبیان (TCP) یکی از پیمانکاران شرکت ایرانسل و همراه اول است که در زمینه ارائه خدمات و زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی و منطقی شبکه فعال است. GI-LAN ،IPBB ،DCN و IP-RAN نمونه‌هایی از پروژه‌های در حال انجام در این شرکت هستند. تامین ارتباطات تبیان (TCP) به یک مهندس شبکه IP با مشخصات زیر نیاز دارد.

شرح شغل:

• پیگیری فعالیت‌های مهندسان on-site.
• پیکربندی روترهای به تازگی نصب شده جهت قابل روئیت بودن در شبکه (روترهای Huawei و Ericsson).
• همکاری با مهندسین on-site جهت دریافت تاییه PAT.
• گرفتن CR و متصل نمودن روترهای جدید به شبکه Live.
• آماده‌سازی و اعمال پیکربندی‌های مورد نیاز.
• برقراری ارتباط کتبی و شفاهی موثر برای دریافت تاییدیه PAC.
• تهیه اسکریپت Cutover.
• بررسی عملیات و مسئولیت‌پذیری در قبال کیفیت عملیات.
• دریافت تاییدیه فنی مورد نیاز برای انجام Cutover.
• گرفتن CR و انجام عملیات Cutover در شب (Down-Time Duration).
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل ریشه اتفاقات و تهیه و اجرای راه‌حل‌های بازیابی.
• بازیابی سریع قطعی‌ها و مشکلات شبکه در حین انجام عملیات‌های Cutover.
• برقراری ارتباط با اعضای تیم پلنینگ و عملیات شبکه شرکت ایرانسل.
• دریافت تاییدیه FAC.
• به‌روزرسانی فایل‌های اکسل Tracker و گزارش روازنه فعالیت‌ها به مدیر پروژه فنی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در شبکه ارائه دهندگان خدمات اینترنتی.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا مخابرات.
• تسلط کامل به OSPF ،IS-IS ،BGP ،MPLS ،MPLS-VPN ،VPLS ،Traffic Engineering ،QoS.
• آشنایی با سرویس‌های شبکه موبایل (2g/3g/4g/5g) و نحوه ارتباط بین این اجزا.
• آشنایی با Traffic Flow شبکه اپراتورهای شبکه موبایل به صورت End-To-End.
• نگرش کاری دقیق و فعال با احساس مسئولیت قوی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و روحیه کار گروهی.
• تشنه یادگیری و داشتن توانایی یادگیری قوی.
• تسلط خوب به زبان انگلیسی به ویژه در مهارت های خواندن و نوشتن.

Tamin Ertebatat Tebyan is one of Irancell's and Hamar-Aval's contractors and is actively providing physical and logical network services and infrastructure. GI-LAN, IPBB, DCN, and IP-RAN are ongoing projects in this company. Tamin Ertebatat Tebyan requires an IP Network Engineer with the following specifications.

Job Description:

• Follow up on on-site engineers' activities.
• Configure newly installed routers to be visible in the network (Huawei and Ericsson routers).
• Collaborate with on-site engineers to obtain PAT preparation.
• Obtain CR and connect new routers to the Live network.
• Prepare and apply the required configurations.
• Communicate in writing and verbally to obtain PAC approval.
• Prepare Cutover scripts.
• Review operations and be responsible for the quality of operations.
• Obtain the technical approval required to perform cutover.
• Obtain CR and perform cutover operations at night (downtime duration).
• Analyze the root cause of events and prepare and implement recovery solutions.
• Rapid recovery of network outages and problems during Cutover operations.
• Communicate with members of Irancell's network planning and operations team.
• Obtain FAC approval.
• Update Tracker Excel files and report daily activities to the technical project manager.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience working in an Internet service provider network.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• Complete mastery of OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, MPLS-VPN, VPLS, Traffic Engineering, and QoS.
• Familiarity with mobile network services (2g/3g/4g/5g) and how these components communicate.
• Familiarity with Mobile Network Operators' Network Traffic Flow End-To-End.
• Accurate and proactive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Thirsty to learn and have a strong learning ability.
• Good command of English, especially in reading and writing skills.
