Wino is seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in various areas of design, including digital content creation, branding, and web design. As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring creative visions to life and ensure the visual consistency and impact of all projects. You will also be responsible for leading design projects across social media platforms, printed materials, and websites, contributing to both the creative and strategic aspects of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Design: Develop visually engaging designs for posts, stories, and ads across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Ensure that each design aligns with the brand’s identity and enhances engagement with the target audience.
- Print Design: Create high-quality printed materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners that align with branding and campaign objectives.
- Website Design: Lead the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed properly, maintaining consistency in the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration with Art Director: Work closely with the Art Director to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectives and client expectations.
- Creative Leadership: Take ownership of design projects, from concept to completion. Provide mentorship to junior designers and ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
- Branding and Identity: Develop and evolve visual identities for clients, creating logos, typography, color schemes, and visual guidelines that ensure brand consistency across all media.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and web design.
- Design Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with experience in web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD). Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative design concepts that communicate effectively with the target audience and meet business goals.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.
