وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• کنترل اسناد و گردش کالا در سیستم راهکاران.
• نظارت بر فعالیت دریافت و تحویل متریال و کالا.
• قفسه‌بندی و چیدمان صحیح اقلام.
• بررسی و کنترل برگه‌های دریافتی به منظور حصول اطمینان از کامل بودن مطلب.
• تحویل مواد، ضایعات، محصولات و لوازم یدکی مورد نیاز و اخذ آن‌ها بر اساس برگ درخواست کالا.
• بایگانی اوراق و نسخه‌های مربوطه و ارسال نسخه‌های لازم به واحدهای ذیربط.
• رسید نمودن کالای وارده و شمارش اقلام و چک کردن با مدارک مربوط به کالای وارده به انبار.
• نگهداری موجودی کالا و شارژ انبار.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات روزانه و دوره‌ای موجودی انبار مواد اولیه، تولیدی و سایر به صورت روزانه.
• رعایت اصول ایمنی و حفاظتی و 5S در انبار.
• درخواست مواد اولیه بر اساس کاردکس انبار.
• رعایت سیستم چیدمان مواد و محصولات در انبار.

شایستگی‌های فنی:

• آشنا با نرم‌افزارهای انبارداری.
• مسلط به رویه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های انبار.
• آشنایی با متریال و کالاهای پروژه‌های عمرانی و ساختمانی.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری:

• روحیه کار تیمی.
• منظم، مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Control of documents and circulation of goods in the solution system.
Supervision of receiving and delivery of materials and goods. received in order to ensure the completeness of the content.
Delivery of required materials, waste, products and spare parts and obtain them based on the goods request form.
Archive documents and related copies and send the necessary copies to the units Relevant. Receipt of imported goods and counting of items and checking with the documents related to the goods imported into the warehouse. production and others on a daily basis.
Observe the principles of safety and protection and 5S in the warehouse.
Request raw materials based on the warehouse cardex.
Observe the arrangement system of materials and products in the warehouse

Technical competencies :

Familiar with warehousing software
Proficient with warehouse procedures and instructions
Familiar with materials and goods of civil and construction projects.
