• مسلط به امور انبار و موجوی کالا.
• مسلط به بهای تمام شده، محصولات، ضایعات و سفارشات.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و استانداردهای حسابداری.
• مسلط به حسابداری مالی.
• توانایی تحلیل بالا و قدرت پیاده‌سازی و خصوصی‌سازی مباحث صنعتی با توجه به خصوصویات صنعت.
• انضباط کاری و توانمندی در کار گروهی.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری، دقت و پیگیری.
