شرح شغل:

• ارائه مشاوره حقوقی به مشتریان در خصوص فرآیندهای ثبت شرکت.
• راهنمایی مشتریان در تهیه مستندات و فرم‌های مورد نیاز برای ثبت شرکت.
• بررسی قوانین و مقررات مربوط به ثبت شرکت‌ها و ارائه پیشنهادات مناسب به مشتریان.
• همکاری با تیم حقوقی برای اطمینان از اجرای دقیق فرآیندهای قانونی.
• پیگیری و مدیریت پرونده‌های ثبت شرکت از ابتدا تا انتها.

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در مشاوره ثبتی حقوقی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات ثبت شرکت‌ها.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و کار تیمی.

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice. To customers regarding company registration processes
- Guiding customers in preparing documents and forms required for company registration
- Reviewing laws and regulations related to company registration and providing appropriate suggestions to customers
- Cooperation with the team Legal to ensure accurate implementation of processes Legal

Qualifications:
- Have at least a bachelor's degree
- Related work experience in legal registration consulting
