About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for a range of digital and print platforms, working closely with the marketing team to support our branding and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and experience in fintech is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and packaging that align with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop consistent and impactful branding and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure all work complies with brand guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print projects.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Experience in branding, advertising, and promotional design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is desirable.
