شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار با شرکت‌های تبلیغاتی یا شرکت‌هایی با فعالیت مشابه.
• توانایی همکاری نزدیک با تیم بازاریابی و تولید فنی مخصوصاً طراح استراکچر برای بهبود فرایند تولید و توسعه کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی.
• توانایی ایجاد طرح‌های گرافیکی خلاقانه برای وب‌سایت، شبکه‌های اجتماعی و سایر پلتفرم‌ها.
• توانایی استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای طراحی حرفه‌ای برای تولید محتوا.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای تدوین مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• توانایی استفاده از ابزارهای نرم‌افزاری مختلف در پروژه‌های طراحی (جهت بسته‌بندی یا تبلیغات درون سازمانی).
• توانایی جمع‌آوری نظرات کارفرمایان تا اطمینان حاصل شود که طرح‌ها با استانداردهای سازمانی مشتریان مطابقت دارند.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل فرآیندهای طراحی موجود و ارائه راه‌حل و پیشنهادات.
