شرح وظایف:
- مدیریت داده‌ها و اطلاعات در راهکاران سیستم و اکسل.
- کنترل موجودی قطعات در راستای محاسبات سفارش‌های خدمات پس ار فروش.
- تدوین و اجرا برنامه‌های تولید و ارسال در بلندمدت و کوتاه مدت در جهت تحقق اهداف خدمات پس ار فروش.
- پایش و کنترل لیست‌های باقیمانده از هر سفارش.
- آنالیز و ارزیابی قطعات معیوبی و گمشده و متناقض.
- محاسبه و سفارش‌گذاری قطعات خارجی.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
- آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی (متوسط).
- آشنایی کامل با ICDL (به ویژه اکسل).
- آشنایی با محیط‌های تولیدی و درخت محصول (BOM).
- توانایی در خلاقیت و نوآوری و داشتن تفکر تحلیلی.
- روحیه کار تیمی.
- قدرت حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری.
- تاب‌آوری در تغییرات.
Description of duties:
- Data and information management in system and Excel solutions
- Parts inventory control in line with the calculations of after-sales service orders
- Compilation and implementation of production and shipping plans in the long and short term In order to achieve the goals of after-sales service
- Monitoring and controlling the remaining lists of each order
- Analysis and evaluation of defective, missing and contradictory parts
- Calculation and ordering of foreign parts
Conditions Qualification: - At least 2 years of related work experience - Familiarity with English language (intermediate) - Familiarity with ICDL (especially Excel) - Familiarity with production environments and product tree (BOM)
