DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistics company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist to contribute to the growth and development of our human capital.


Responsibilities:
Assess training needs and conduct training programs, ensuring effectiveness and fair implementation of training initiatives.
Develop competency profiles for employees.
Design and implement/coordinate individual and leadership development programs (IDP, LDP, Coaching, etc.).
Implement 360-degree feedback.
Execute succession planning.
Identify high-impact employees.
Collaborate in the performance management process.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
