عنوان شغلی: تکنسین تاسیسات (دست‌به‌آچار و با دانش فنی بالا)؛

شرح وظایف:

• انجام کلیه امور مربوط به نگهداری و تعمیرات تاسیسات مکانیکی و برقی
• عیب‌یابی، سرویس و راه‌اندازی سیستم‌های سرمایشی، گرمایشی، تهویه، پمپ‌ها، لوله‌کشی و تجهیزات مرتبط
• اجرای تعمیرات دوره‌ای و پیشگیرانه مطابق با برنامه نگهداری
• همکاری با تیم پشتیبانی در حل مشکلات فنی مجموعه
• رعایت اصول ایمنی و استفاده صحیح از ابزار و تجهیزات

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار فنی مرتبط در واحد تاسیسات.
• تسلط به سیستم‌های مکانیکی و برق ساختمان (ترجیحاً هر دو).
• توانایی کار با ابزارهای فنی و تجهیزات تاسیساتی به‌صورت عملی.
• قدرت تحلیل و رفع سریع مشکلات فنی.
• دقت، مسئولیت‌پذیری، وقت‌شناسی و توانایی کار تیمی.
• داشتن مدارک مرتبط یا دوره‌های تخصصی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Job description:

Carrying out all matters related to the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical installations
Troubleshooting, servicing and commissioning of cooling, heating, ventilation systems, pumps, plumbing and related equipment
Performing periodic and preventive repairs in accordance with the maintenance schedule
Cooperating with the support team in solving technical problems of the complex
Observing safety principles and using tools and equipment correctly
Qualification requirements:

At least five years of relevant technical work experience in the installation unit.
Mastery of building mechanical and electrical systems (preferably both).
Ability to work with technical tools and installation equipment in a practical manner.
Ability to analyze and quickly resolve technical problems.
Accuracy, responsibility, punctuality and ability to work in a team.
Having relevant qualifications or specialized courses is an advantage.
