• برنامه‌ریزی و تعیین اهداف واحد بر اساس سیاست‌ها و خط مشی موسسه و بیمارستان محک
• بررسی دستورالعمل‌ها، رویه‌ها، فرم‌ها، تهیه پیشنهاد اصلاحی و به تصویب رساندن دستورالعمل‌ها، رویه‌ها، روش‌های مناسب برای بهینگی
• فعالیت‌های تامین کالا و خدمات، امور ترابری و جاری ساختن مصوبات ابلاغ شده
• برنامه‌ریزی، پیش‌بینی، برآورد تامین و تدارکات کالا و اموال
• تهیه و تنظیم بودجه مورد نیاز واحدهای سازمانی براساس دستورالعمل‌های موجود
• نظارت بر اسناد مرتبط با قراردادهای مربوط به خرید کالاهای داخلی مورد نیاز موسسه، بیمارستان و حمل و نقل
• پیش‌بینی نیازمندی‌های سالانه واحدها و ارائه گزارش
• تقسیم و تخصیص تخصصی نیروها در رده‌های زیر مجموعه تدارکات و نقلیه
• گزارشات حمل و نقل و کنترل سوابق تعمیر خودروها و ارزیابی رانندگان از منظر عملکرد و شاخص‌های سازمانی
• کنترل و نظارت بر بیمه‌نامه‌ها، مخاطرات و حوادث، گزارشات سیستمی و تیکتینگ، شناسایی نقاط بهداشت حرفه‌ای – HSE – بهداشت محیط
• نظارت بر کلیه‌ی قراردادهای حمل و نقل موسسه و بیمارستان
• توانمندی در بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌های توزیع
• رسیدگی و نظارت بر کلیه امور بازار اعم از هزینه‌یابی و برنامه‌ی مدیریت فرآیندی
• کنترل امور عملیاتی ترابری، برنامه‌ریزی تعمیر و نگهداری خودروها، برنامه‌ریزی زمان‌بندی نوسازی سیستم ناوگان درون سازمانی
• برنامه‌ریزی و بهبود سیستم‌های جابجایی افراد و کالا با کنترل مستمر به صورت روزانه
• پیشبرد اهداف استراتژی سازمان
• نظارت و کنترل مستمر به عملکرد افراد زیر مجموعه و دریافت گزارشات لازم

• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
• مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی/کارشناسی ارشد/دکتری
• رشته‌های: مدیریت (استراتژیک/بازرگانی/اجرایی)-فناوری اطلاعات-لجستیک

Planning and determining the goals of the unit based on the policies and guidelines of the institution and the reference hospital
Examining the instructions, procedures, forms, preparing the amendment proposal and approving the instructions, procedures, appropriate methods for optimization
activities of supplying goods and services, transportation affairs and updating the notified approvals
Planning, forecasting, estimating the supply and procurement of goods and property
Preparing and adjusting the budget required by the organizational units based on the instructions Available

Forecasting the annual requirements of the units and presenting reports
Division and specialized allocation of forces in the procurement and vehicle sub-categories
Transportation reports and control of car repair records and evaluation of drivers from the perspective of performance and organizational indicators
Control and supervision of insurance policies, risks and accidents, system reports and ticketing, identification of occupational health points - HSE - Environmental Health
Monitoring all transport contracts of institutions and hospitals
Ability to increase productivity and reduce distribution costs
Fixing and monitoring all market affairs, including costing and process management plans
Controlling transportation operations, vehicle maintenance planning, internal fleet system renewal scheduling
Planning and improving people and goods movement systems with continuous control on a daily basis

Continuous monitoring and control of the performance of subordinates and receiving the necessary reports

Working hours 8:00 to 14:30
Working days are Saturday to Thursday (two Thursdays in the month OFF in case of compensating working hours on other working days/Thursdays off the required working hours of the month must be completed)
