ویژگی‌ها و توانمندی‌ها:

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا بالاتر در رشته مهندسی معماری با گرایش معماری یا طراحی داخلی.
• حداقل 15 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه طراحی و نظارت.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و ایجاد هماهنگی بین اعضا.
• مهارت بالا در نرم‌افزارهای طراحی (مانند AutoCAD ،Revit ،SketchUp).
• توانایی حل مسئله و مدیریت بحران.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و مهارت‌های بین‌فردی قوی.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای طراحی پروژه های بزرگ ساختمانی و سیویل.
• توانایی ادغام مدل‌های BIM در پروژه‌های معماری.

Characteristics and capabilities:
• Master's degree or higher in the field of architectural engineering With architecture or interior design orientation
• At least 15 years of related work experience in the field of design and supervision

• Problem solving and crisis management ability
