ما در میاره به دنبال چند مدیر پروژه ارشد (Data-driven Ops) هستیم؛ کسانی که دوست دارند هر روز با حجم زیادی داده سروکله بزنند، از دل اعداد و نمودارها داستان‌های شنیدنی کشف و خلق کنند و شاخص‌هایی بسازند که مسیر رشد شرکت را مشخص می‌کند.

وظایف کلیدی:

• طراحی و پایش داشبوردهای مانیتورینگ برای یکی از حوزه‌های اختصاصی (جذب ناوگان، نگهداشت ناوگان، قیمت‌گذاری، کنترل کیفیت خدمات، پشتیبانی یا Fraud Detection) که پس از دوره آنبردینگ مشخص می‌شود.
• تعریف KPIهای دقیق و قابل پایش، همراه با آلارم‌ها و اکشن‌های مشخص برای هر وضعیت.
• استخراج و تحلیل داده‌ها با SQL و Excel/Google Sheets در سطح پیشرفته.
• تهیه گزارش‌های تصمیم‌ساز، شفاف، خوانا و اولویت‌دار (نه گزارش‌های سردرگم‌کننده).
• طراحی و اجرای تست‌های آزمایشی (A/B تست) و تحلیل نتایج آن.
• توان تبدیل داده‌ها به تصمیمات کلیدی و مدیریت بودجه‌ای در حدود 1 تا 2 میلیارد تومان در هفته.
• تحلیل مالی و اقتصادی اکشن‌ها (ROI، نرخ بازده داخلی IRR، LTV و شاخص‌های مشابه).
• مدیریت یک تیم کوچک (1 تا 4 نفر دستیار اجرایی، اپراتور یا نیروی کال‌سنتر) برای اجرای تسک‌های روزمره.
• استفاده خلاقانه از ابزارهای اتوماسیون و هوش مصنوعی مثل GPT، n8n، NotebookLM برای ساده‌سازی و خودکارسازی فرآیندها.

پیچیدگی وظایف:

• این نقش نیازمند مدیریت هم‌زمان چندین پروژه عملیاتی و داده‌محور، تحلیل مالی و اقتصادی تصمیم‌ها، و توانایی هدایت تیم کوچک اجرایی است. فرد باید بتواند هم در سطح استراتژیک (تعریف KPIها و تحلیل اقتصادی) و هم در سطح اجرایی (کوئری‌نویسی، طراحی داشبورد، اجرای تست‌ها) عمل کند و در لحظه‌های حساس تصمیم درست بگیرد.

الزامات:

• تسلط کامل بر SQL و نوشتن کوئری‌های تحلیلی.
• تسلط بالا بر Excel / Google Sheets.
• درک آماری خوب و توانایی طراحی تست و تحلیل نتایج.
• تجربه کار با ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی و اتوماسیون (GPT, n8n, NotebookLM و مشابه‌ها).
• سن: زیر 40 سال.
• محل سکونت: تهران یا حومه تهران.

مهارت‌ها:

• نتورکینگ و توانایی تعامل بین‌تیمی.
• توانایی بالای تحلیل داده و تبدیل آن به تصمیمات عملیاتی.
• توانایی مدیریت فرآیندهای پیچیده و تیم‌های کوچک.
• مذاکره حرفه‌ای و گزارش‌دهی تحلیلی.
• استفاده خلاقانه از ابزارهای نوین.

تحصیلات:

• تحصیلات در رشته‌های مهندسی (کامپیوتر، صنایع، برق) امتیاز محسوب می‌شود، اما الزامی نیست.

شرایط محیطی:

• محل کار: دفتر مرکزی «میاره» – ایستگاه نوآوری شریف (طرشت، تهران).
• مبنای کار حضور در دفتر خواهد بود، اما امکان دورکاری در برخی روزها وجود دارد.
• ساعات کاری شناور، با الزام به در دسترس بودن در زمان‌های کلیدی.
• این پوزیشن مستقیماً تحت مدیریت COO سازمان خواهد بود.
• فرآیند جذب شامل انجام یک تسک تحلیلی (برای سنجش تسلط بر دیتا) و دو جلسه مصاحبه خواهد بود.
• حقوق در بازه‌ی 60 تا 80 میلیون تومان (بسته به تجربه و توانمندی).
