وظایف و مسئولیت‌های کلی مامور حراست:

• حفظ امنیت و محافظت از محدوده مشخص شده.
• نظارت بر ورود و خروج افراد و اتومبیل‌ها به محوطه و مجتمع.
• صدور اجازه ورود به افراد غریبه و میهمانان بر اساس پروتکل‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های سازمان (گرفتن کارت شناسایی، ثبت اسامی و غیره).
• سرکشی و بازدید منظم از بخش‌های مختلف ساختمان و محوطه و اطمینان از برقراری امنیت.
• شناسایی به موقع خطرات و تهدیدهای احتمالی و عکس‌العمل و اقدام به موقع و مناسب.
• چک کردن مداوم دوربین‌های مداربسته و شناسایی هر گونه عمل یا رفتار خلاف قانون یا مزاحم.
• واکنش سریع نسبت به زنگ خطر و موقعیت‌های اورژانسی.
• راهنمایی و کمک به افرادی که وارد ساختمان می‌شوند.
• نوشتن گزارش روزانه از فعالیت‌ها و مشکلات پیش آمده و ارائه آن به سرپرست و مدیر حراست.
• سرکشی مداوم و اطمینان از عملکرد صحیح قفل‌ درب‌ها، دوربین‌های مداربسته و حفاظ‌های دور محوطه.
• بیرون کردن افراد خاطی یا متجاوز از منطقه که نظم و امنیت ساختمان را بر هم زده‌اند.

General duties and responsibilities of the security guard
• Maintaining security and protecting the specified area. Monitoring the entry and exit of people and cars to the premises and the complex Issuing permission to strangers and guests based on the protocols and instructions of the organization (taking ID cards, registering names, etc.) Disobedience and regular visits to the departments various buildings and grounds and ensuring security

• Guidance and assistance to people entering the building

• Evicting the wrongdoers or trespassers from the area who have disturbed the order and security of the building.
• Mastering the rules and guidelines of the organization and following them.
