ما به دنبال یک طراح گرافیک ارشد خلاق، باتجربه و حرفه‌ای هستیم که بتواند تیم طراحی را رهبری کند، کیفیت بصری پروژه‌ها را ارتقا دهد و هویت برند ما را در تمامی خروجی‌های گرافیکی، از جمله طراحی بسته‌بندی، حفظ و تقویت نماید.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- هدایت، برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر پروژه‌های گرافیکی و کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی.
- طراحی مفاهیم بصری خلاقانه برای برند، محصول، کمپین‌های بازاریابی و بسته‌بندی محصولات.
- خلق و توسعه طراحی بسته‌بندی متناسب با استراتژی برند و نیاز بازار هدف.
- مدیریت تیم طراحی (Junior Designer/Illustrator/Motion Designer) و ارائه بازخوردهای حرفه‌ای.
- همکاری نزدیک با تیم مارکتینگ، دیجیتال، محتوا و توسعه محصول.
- تضمین انسجام بصری در کلیه طراحی‌ها (وبسایت، شبکه‌های اجتماعی، پرینت، بسته‌بندی، تبلیغات).
- توسعه و نگهداری از هویت بصری برند (Brand Guidelines).
- پایش ترندهای روز طراحی و اعمال آن‌ها در پروژه‌ها.
- ارائه پرزنت حرفه‌ای و دفاع از طرح‌ها در جلسات داخلی و با مشتری.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار حرفه‌ای در حوزه طراحی گرافیک با نمونه‌کارهای قوی در طراحی بسته‌بندی.
- تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای Photoshop ،Illustrator ،InDesign ،XD.
- آشنایی با اصول طراحی بسته‌بندی، چاپ، جنس متریال‌ها و قالب‌بندی (Die Cut/Mockup/DIELINE).
- توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه به صورت هم‌زمان با دقت و زمان‌بندی.
- ذوق هنری بالا، خلاقیت، توجه به جزئیات و دید برندینگ.
- مهارت در ارائه و انتقال ایده‌ها به تیم یا کارفرما.
- روحیه کار تیمی و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا.

We are looking for a senior, experienced and professional design designer to lead the design team, improve the visual quality of the projects, and maintain and enhance our brand identity in all graphic outputs, including packaging design.
Responsibilities:
Guidance, planning and monitoring of graphic projects and advertising campaigns
Design of creative visual concepts for brand, product, marketing campaigns and product packaging
Creating and developing packaging design tailored to brand strategy and target market need
Designer's Junior Designer / Illustrator / Motion Designer and Provide Professional Feedback
Close cooperation with marketing, digital, content and product development team
Guarantee of visual cohesion in all designs (website, social networks, printing, packaging, advertising, etc.)
Development and maintenance of brand visual identity (Brand Guidelines)
Monitoring of the Day Trends Design and Applying for Projects
Presentation of professional printing and defense of designs in internal and customer meetings
Conditions:
At least 5 years of professional design experience in the field of graphic design, with strong portfolio in packaging design
Full mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and ...)
Introduction to the principles of packaging design, printing, materials and formatting (DIE CUT / MOCKUP / DIELINE)
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and timing
High artistic taste, creativity, attention to detail and branding vision
Skill in providing and transferring ideas to team or employer
The spirit of teamwork and high responsibility
