حسابدار فروش | Sales Accountant

مسئولیت‌ها:

• به‌روزرسانی محصولات و قیمت‌ها.
• مدیریت و بررسی فاکتورها و اسناد فروش.
• ثبت و درج قیمت محصولات و خدمات جدید در نرم‌افزار حسابداری فروشگاهی.
• وارد کردن داده‌های مربوط به فروش.
• به‌روز­­رسانی و پیگیری فاکتورهای فروش.
• مدیریت و بررسی فاکتورهای تخفیف.
• هماهنگی با بخش انبارداری.
• بررسی موجودی کالاها و میزان فروش با کمک حسابدار انبار.
• مدیریت و ارزیابی موجودی و بدهی.
• تهیه لیست فروش ماهانه شرکت.
• تهیه فاکتورهای مالی یک و سه ماهه و سالانه.
• ثبت و تنظیم اطلاعات مشتریان و به ­روز رسانی آن‌ها.

نرم‌افزارهای مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به راهکاران.
• مسلط به اکسل.

مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• توجه به جزئیات و داشتن دقت بالا.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر.
• توانمند در مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی.
• صداقت و پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی.

- Updating and tracking sales invoices
- Managing and checking discount invoices
- Establishing coordination with the warehouse department
- Checking the inventory of goods and the amount of sales with the help of the warehouse accountant
- Management and inventory assessment and Debt
- preparation of the company's monthly sales list
- preparation of one-month, three-month and annual financial invoices
- registration and adjustment of customer information and their updating
