شرایط کاری فروشگاه:

• ساعت‌های کاری: از 9 صبح تا 9 شب.
• بیمه از روز اول استخدام.
• سرویس ایاب و ذهاب.
• پاداش عالی متناسب با عملکرد فروش.
• اقامت.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با سازماندهی امور فروشگاه از قبیل مدیریت فروش، صندوق، انبار سورتینگ، خرید و تامین البسه.
• توانایی مدیریت و سرپرستی تیم کارکنان فروشگاه.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و شیفت‌بندی کاری.
• سابقه کاری در مدیریت یا سرپرستی فروشگاه  ترجیحاً البسه و پوشاک.
• توانایی ایجاد انگیزه، تیم‌سازی و هماهنگی کارکنان.
• توانایی ارائه برنامه فروش و رسیدن به اهداف فروش.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌های تبلیغی، ترویجی و شبکه‌های اجتماعی فروشگاه.
• آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی و فروش.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه سرپرستی در حوزه مرتبط.

Applicant requirements
