سرپرست کارگاه | Workshop Supervisor

شرکت کپینگ به دنبال یک سرپرست کارگاه با تجربه در صنعت نگهداری تاسیسات ساختمانی است. سرپرست کارگاه مسئول مدیریت روزانه عملیات کارگاه و نگهداری تاسیسات پروژه‌ها خواهد بود. تمرکز بر نگهداری و تعمیرات تاسیسات و دستگاه‌های چیلر در محیطی ایمن و کارآمد است. 

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر نگهداری صحیح تاسیسات موجود.
• تنظیم و نگهداری برنامه‌های تعمیر و نگهداری تاسیسات.
• هدایت و آموزش تیم‌های کاری برای بهبود کارایی و بهره‌وری.
• شناسایی و رفع مشکلات فنی در سیستم‌های تاسیسات و چیلر.
• حفظ گزارش‌های عملکرد و بهبود فرآیندها.
• همکاری با سایر دپارتمان‌ها برای اطمینان از هماهنگی در عملیات.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• تجربه کار مرتبط در زمینه تعمیر و نگهداری تاسیسات.
• آشنایی با نگهداری دستگاه‌های چیلر.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی و توانایی کار تیمی.
• قابلیت حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری تحت فشار.

Caping is looking for an experienced workshop supervisor in the construction installation industry. The workshop supervisor will be responsible for the daily management of the workshop and maintenance of project facilities. Focusing on the maintenance and maintenance of chiller facilities and devices is in a safe and efficient environment. This role is located in Tehran and requires a specialized knowledge of mechanical engineering.

Responsible:
- Monitoring the proper maintenance of existing installations
- Setting and maintaining maintenance programs
- Guiding and training work teams to improve efficiency and productivity
- Identify and fix the technical problems. Coordination in Operations

Competences:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 15 years of relevant work experience in the field of maintenance of installation
- Introduction to Chiller Maintenance
- Management Skills and Team Working Ability
- Problem Solving and Pressure Decision Making
