سرپرست انبار | Warehouse Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• کنترل اسناد و گردش کالا در سیستم.
• نظارت بر فعالیت دریافت و تحویل متریال و کالا.
• بررسی و کنترل برگه‌های دریافتی به منظور حصول اطمینان از کامل بودن مطلب.
• بایگانی اوراق و نسخه‌های مربوطه و ارسال نسخه‌های لازم به واحدهای ذیربط.
• رسید نمودن کالای وارده و شمارش اقلام و چک کردن با مدارک مربوط به کالای وارده به انبار.
• نگهداری موجودی کالا و شارژ انبار.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات روزانه و دوره‌ای موجودی انبار مواد اولیه، تولیدی و سایر به صورت روزانه.
• درخواست مواد اولیه بر اساس کاردکس انبار.
• تعریف و رعایت سیستم چیدمان مواد و محصولات در انبار.
• رعایت اصول ایمنی و حفاظتی در انبار
• مدیریت تیم انبار و ایجاد یک محیط کاری ایمن و موثر.

شرایط احراز :

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت یا مهندسی صنایع ـ بسته‌بندی و تولید.
• آشنا با نرم‌افزارهای انبارداری.
• تجربه مدیریت انبار.
• مسلط به امور مربوط به انبارش، نگهداری، شناسایی و ردیابی کالا.
• مسلط به فرآیند انبارگردانی.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری:

• روحیه کار تیمی.
• منظم، مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر.

Requirements:
• Degree in management, packaging industry engineering and Production
• Familiar with warehousing software.
• Warehouse management experience
• Proficient in warehouse matters, maintenance, identification and tracking of goods.
• Proficient in warehousing process
