شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان بالقوه و فعلی.
• مدیریت مذاکرات قرارداد با تأمین‌کنندگان.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تأمین‌کنندگان و اطمینان از رعایت توافقات و استانداردها.
• کنترل بودجه و بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها در فرایند خرید.
• همکاری با بخش‌های مختلف برای هماهنگی نیازهای تأمین و تدارکات.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد و فعالیت‌های بخش خرید و تدارکات.

• مهارت‌های قوی در شناسایی و ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان.
• توانایی در مدیریت مذاکرات و ایجاد قراردادهای مؤثر.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین‌فردی بسیار خوب.
• توانایی کار تیمی و هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف.

The purchasing and procurement manager at Sozan Gas Manufacturing and Industrial Company is responsible for managing the procurement and procurement processes of the organization in Najaf Abad. The main goal of this role is to increase efficiency and reduce costs in providing materials and services needed by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and evaluating potential and current suppliers
- Managing contract negotiations with suppliers Suppliers
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and ensure compliance with agreements and standards
- Budget control and cost optimization in the purchasing process
- Cooperate with different departments to coordinate supply and procurement needs
- Preparation of periodic reports on the performance and activities of the purchasing department Procurement

Qualifications:
- Possess a degree in management, business or commerce
- Strong skills in identifying and evaluating suppliers
- Ability to manage negotiations and create effective contracts
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments
