Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guaranteed Hotel Supply Specialist to manage and expand our portfolio of guaranteed hotel allotments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts, securing competitive rates, ensuring room availability, and maintaining strong relationships with domestic hotel partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction across our travel offeringsKey Responsibilities Source and contract hotels with guaranteed room allotments across various destinationNegotiate rates, terms, and conditions to secure competitive pricing and value added benefitsMaintain up-to-date records of room allocations, availability, blackout dates, and special offersMonitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize inventory and pricingBuild and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, suppliers, and internal sales teamsCoordinate with the operations team to ensure room availability aligns with sales forecasts and client demandsEnsure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and service level expectationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field1+ years of experience in hotel contracting, procurement, or a similar role in the travel industryStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with booking/reservation systems, is a plusKnowledge of hotel allotment management and pricing models (especially guaranteed allotments)
