به عنوان یک شرکت پویا و نوآور، متخصص در تولید پوشش‌های بسته‌بندی با کیفیت بالا برای مواد غذایی، به دنبال یک سرپرست فروش خانم با استعداد و با انگیزه هستیم تا به تیم رو به رشد خود در تهران بپیوندد.

خلاصه شغلی:

به عنوان سرپرست فروش، شما مسئول توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف شرکت خواهید بود. شما از نزدیک با تیم مدیریت ارشد و همچنین بخش‌های مالی، تولید، صادرات و واردات برای اطمینان از عملکرد بی‌نقص همکاری خواهید داشت.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش مؤثر.
• حفظ روابط قوی با مشتریان فعلی و شناسایی فرصت‌های تجاری جدید.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای اطمینان از پردازش و تحویل روان سفارشات.
• ارائه خدمات و پشتیبانی استثنایی به مشتریان.
• دستیابی به اهداف فروش و کمک به رشد کلی شرکت.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 12 ظهر. 

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه اثبات شده در فروش، ترجیحاً در صنعت بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی.
• مهارت‌های عالی در برقراری ارتباط، تعامل و مذاکره.
• توانایی‌های رهبری و تیم‌سازی قوی.
• توانایی کار به صورت مستقل و به عنوان بخشی از یک تیم.
• بسیار منظم و دقیق.
• توانایی کار تحت فشار و رسیدن به ضرب‌الاجل‌ها.
• مدرک دانشگاهی در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی، بازاریابی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی.
• مهارت‌های کامپیوتری: آفیس (پیشرفته).
• حداکثر سن: 42 سال.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will work closely with the senior management team, as well as the finance, production, export, and import departments to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food packaging industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
University degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Fluent in English and Persian
Computer skills: Office (advanced)
Age: Up to 42 years old

Working Hours:
Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
