شرح شغل:

• طبقه‌بندی و بررسی درخواست‌های خرید و مشخصات فنی مربوط به کالا و خدمات.
• استعلام و آنالیز قیمت‌ها، مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان به منظور دریافت قیمت بهینه و شرایط و کیفیت مناسب.
• بررسی و کنترل لازم هنگام تحویل با مشخصات مورد نظر درج شده در فرم درخواست کالا از انبار.
• هماهنگی انجام امور حمل کالاهای خریداری شده از طریق تعامل با واحدهای مربوطه.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی و ثبت و بایگانی مستندات و فاکتورها.
• ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان و ایجاد پایگاه داده از تامین‌کنندگان و به‌روزرسانی آن.
• هماهنگی و اجرای امور مربوط به برگزاری مناقصه.
• پیگیری و انجام امور مربوط به گارانتی، خدمات پس از فروش، بیمه و تضمین قراردادها.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به امور خرید، بازرگانی و انعقاد قراردادها.
• مسلط به منابع خرید و شناسایی تامین‌کنندگان جدید.

- Classification and review of purchase requests and technical specifications related to goods and services. with the desired specifications included in the goods request form from the warehouse
- coordinating the transportation of purchased goods through interaction with the relevant units
- preparing and presenting financial reports and recording and archiving documents and invoices
- Evaluation of suppliers and database creation from suppliers and updating them
- coordination and implementation of matters related to holding tenders
- follow-up and implementation of matters related to warranty, after-sales services, insurance and contract guarantees
- mastery of purchasing affairs, Trading and conclusion of contracts
- Mastery of purchasing sources and identification of new suppliers
