Video Production Specialist

Video Production Specialist is responsible for creating and editing various types of videos, including promotional, educational, and entertainment content. This role requires a strong understanding of video production, editing techniques, and creative storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video content that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.
• Edit and assemble raw footage to create compelling and engaging video content.
• Add visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
• Select and integrate suitable music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the video content.
• Ensure the color grading, lighting, and overall visual aesthetics of the videos meet the desired standards.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing software and techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of video production.
• Familiarity with social media trends and events related to social media in the field of video, in order to create video content that aligns with the current societal trends and has the ability to engage the audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their video requirements and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
• Manage and organize video assets, including footage, graphics, and audio files, in a systematic and accessible manner.
• Review and provide feedback on video projects to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills to craft engaging video narratives.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A degree in film production, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
