About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires across print and digital media—aligned with brand identity and real business impact
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials for digital and print: social media graphics, infographics, brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, etc
- Create, iterate, and deliver production-ready assets using Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
- Fluent in English (Advanced level) – capable of understanding and communicating in professional settings.
- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into cohesive visual designs through typography, color theory, layout, and imagery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design consistency across projects
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and refine work based on feedback to deliver pixel-perfect outputs
- Maintain visual asset libraries and enforce brand standards for identity and consistency
- Stay updated on current design trends and best practices in digital and print media
Technical Skills Required
- Full fluency in English, particularly in verbal and listening skills, for effective communication with international customers
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop for viewing, editing, and preparing graphic files, especially in relation to customer needs in the printing industry
- Skilled in using communication tools such as Gmail, CRM systems, Google Sheets, other Google online tools, and chat/ticketing platforms like Dialpad
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and preferably InDesign
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Client-facing roles is highly valued.
- This role benefits from candidates who have handled customer communications or project coordination
- Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver with accuracy and speed
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Personal Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-centric approach
- Strong visual sense and the ability to perform detailed edits on design files quickly and accurately
- Patient, detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Previous experience working with foreign clients or international companies (considered a plus)
- Educational background in design or related fields is a plus
- Willingness and availability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Tehran time)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support is a major advantage
- Experience designing for social media, web, and digital campaigns
- Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems, including logos and style guides
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
- Experiencing working directly with customers, translating feedback into visual output is a strong asset

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Tehran time)
