شرح شغل:

• کنترل موجودی انبار محصول اعم از امانی و قطعی، صدور اسناد مربوطه و تطبیق با مستندات دریافتی از واحد تامین و رگولاتوری.
• دریافت مدارک و مستندات مربوط به ریلیز محصولات جهت انتقال کالا به انبارها در سیستم مالی و صدور فاکتور.
• دریافت گزارشات مربوط به فروش از شرکت‌های پخش و تطبیق گزارشات با واحد فروش و کنترل مقادیر تعدادی و ریالی با دستورالعمل‌های درون سازمانی.
• صدور اسناد مربوط به انبار و صدور فاکتور فروش و فاکتور برگشتی.
• کنترل حساب مشتریان و تهیه گزارش از مانده مطالبات شرکت نزد دیگران.
• پیگیری مداوم و مستمر جهت وصول مطالبات مطابق با آیین‌نامه‌های داخلی و حضور در شرکت‌های طرف حساب.
• ارسال گزارشات ماهانه جهت تهیه گزارشات و صورت‌های مالی و تطبیق با سیستم حسابداری به گونه‌ای که راهنمایی در جهت تسهیل امور سایر حسابداران باشد.
• کنترل فاکتورها، مبلغ تخفیفات و ارزش افزوده و ارسال به سامانه مودیان مالیاتی.

Controlling product warehouse inventory, both safe and definitive, issuing relevant documents and matching with the documents received from the supply and regulatory unit
Receiving documents and documents related to the release of products to transfer goods to warehouses in the financial system and issuing invoices
Receiving reports related to sales from broadcasting companies and matching reports with the sales unit and controlling the quantity and rial amounts with internal instructions from the balance of the company's claims with others
Continuous and continuous follow-up to collect claims in accordance with the internal regulations and presence in the account party companies
Sending monthly reports to prepare reports and financial statements and adapt to the accounting system in such a way which will be a guide to facilitate the affairs of other accountants.
Control of invoices, the amount of discounts and added value and send to the tax payer system
