کارشناس بازرگانی | Commercial Executive

شرح وظایف اصلی:

• پیگیری صدور، تمدید و تغییر کارت بازرگانی.
• پیگیری دریافت ضمانت‌نامه‌های ارزی و اعتبار اسنادی.
• پیگیری اخذ مجوزهای لازم جهت واردات کالا از سازمان‌های مرتبط.
• پیگیری و هماهنگی با شرکت‌های حمل بین المللی جهت استعلام کرایه، رزرو کانتینر، برگشت کانتینر، کنترل صورتحساب حمل، دموراژ و پیگیری پرداخت آن.
• کنترل مستندات شرکت بازرسی کالا و اخذ گواهی استاندارد جهت ترخیص کالا.
• کنترل اسناد حمل و تعاملات با بانک‌های عامل جهت ظهرنویسی آن.
• انجام ثبت سفارش الکترونیکی کالا، تمدید، ویرایش، اخذ کد ساتا، اخد شناسه کالا، تعریف نماینده، خرید ارز
• استعلام بهای خرید، بیمه، بازرسی و حمل مقایسه، و اعلام قیمت مناسب به سرپرست جهت تأیید.
• تهیه و آماده سازی ابلاغیۀ سفارش خرید و پیش قراردادهای تجاری.
• رفع تعهدات ارزی با بانک‌های عامل.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به سامانه جامع تجارت NTSW.
• آشنایی با امور ترخیص کالا، سامانه EPL، امور گمرکی و حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• تجربه انجام حواله جات ارزی و آشنایی با امور بانکی بین‌المللی.
• مسلط به مکالمات و مکاتبات بازرگانی خارجی به زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار اکسل.

Description of the main duties: Follow up on issuing, renewing and changing commercial cards Follow up on receipt of foreign currency guarantees and letters of credit Follow up on obtaining necessary permits for importing goods from related organizations Follow up and coordination With international shipping companies to inquire about fares, reserve containers, return containers, control shipping invoices, demurrage and follow up on its payment
control of documents from the goods inspection company and obtaining standard certificates for goods clearance
control of shipping documents and interactions with the bank Agents for notarizing it, registering the electronic order of the goods, renewing, editing, obtaining the SATA code, obtaining the product ID, defining the representative, buying currency, inquiring the purchase price, insurance, inspection and shipping comparison, and announcing the appropriate price to Supervisor to approve
preparation of purchase order notification and pre-commercial contracts
resolve foreign exchange commitments with operating banks

Accreditation conditions:

- Mastery of the comprehensive system NTSW trade
- Familiarity with goods clearance, EPL system, customs affairs and international transportation
- Experience in foreign exchange transfers and familiarity with international banking affairs
- Mastery of foreign business conversations and correspondence In English
- Mastery of Excel software
