شرکت ایرسا تجارت سایا رایا به دنبال جذب یک مشاور مهاجرت برای ایفای نقش در امور اداری و دفتری در دفتر تهران خود است. این نقش شامل تعامل با مشتریان و ارائه اطلاعات و راهنمایی‌های لازم در زمینه مهاجرت است.

شرح شغل:

• ارائه مشاوره به مشتریان در خصوص امور مهاجرت.
• تهیه و تکمیل مدارک و فرم‌های مورد نیاز برای فرآیندهای مهاجرت.
• پاسخگویی به سوالات مشتریان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.
• پیگیری وضعیت پرونده‌های مهاجرتی و اطلاع‌رسانی به مشتریان.
• همکاری با سایر اعضای تیم برای بهبود فرآیندهای خدماتی.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار در زمینه مشاوره مهاجرت یا امور مرتبط.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و دوستانه با مراجعین.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات مهاجرتی.

Irsa Trading Saya Raya is seeking to recruit an immigration consultant to play a role in administrative and office affairs in its Tehran office. This role includes interacting with customers and providing the necessary immigration information and guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer advice on immigration
- Preparing and completing the required documents and forms for immigration processes
- Responding to customer questions and providing appropriate customer status
