Pishtaz Simorgh e-commerce company, active in the financial and investment industry, is looking for a young and professional customer voice senior expert. The location of this job is in Tehran.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to the complaints of dissatisfied customers/subscribers
- Registering oral and written complaints from all channels and following up until the result is obtained
- Efforts to resolve dissatisfaction within the stipulated time and investigate the causes of dissatisfaction
- Submitting a report on the process of carrying out assigned tasks to the supervisor of the unit
- Analyzing and analyzing the indicators of the customer relationship process
- Receiving feedback and surveys from customers
Competencies:
- Degree in management, business or commerce-related fields
- Ability to skillfully use Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare useful reports
Eligibility conditions
Gender: no difference
Age: 22 to 35
Work experience in this field: at least one year
Complete familiarity with Microsoft office
