کارشناس توسعه کسب وکار | Business Development Specialist

شرح وظایف:

• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید کسب‌وکار در حوزه تولید برق و انرژی، شبیه‌سازی مدل‌های مختلف برای توسعه پروژه‌های نیروگاهی.
• تهیه و تنظیم گزارش‌های دقیق و حرفه‌ای شامل تجزیه و تحلیل مالی، فنی و استراتژیک پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های فنی و حقوقی به‌منظور اخذ مجوزهای تأسیس نیروگاه و پیگیری روندهای اجرایی مربوطه.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر روابط با نهادهای دولتی و سازمان‌های نظارتی در جهت تسهیل روند صدور مجوزها و مستندات مرتبط با پروژه.
• آمادگی برای سفر به محل‌های پروژه‌های خارجی و داخلی به‌منظور نظارت بر روند اجرای پروژه‌های نیروگاهی و تأمین منابع.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 7 صبح تا 3:30 ظهر.
• محل کار: محدوده مطهری.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ‌التحصیل از دانشگاه‌های معتبر دولتی ترجیحاً در رشته‌های MBA، مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت صنعتی.
• تجربه یک تا سه سال کار عملی به ویژه در زمینه تولید برق و نیروگاه‌های خورشیدی.
• تسلط کامل به گزارش‌نویسی و توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مرتبط با پروژه‌ها.
• توانایی و تجربه در فرآیندهای اخذ مجوز تأسیس نیروگاه و تعامل با نهادهای دولتی و سازمان‌های مرتبط.
• آمادگی برای انجام ماموریت‌های خارج از شرکت در داخل و خارج از کشور، به‌ویژه در پروژه‌های اجرایی نیروگاهی.

مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی و توانایی تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط پیچیده.
• تسلط به ابزارهای گزارش‌نویسی و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط (Excel ،Power BI و اکسل).
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای حقوقی و اداری در حوزه تأسیس نیروگاه.
• توانایی کار گروهی و مدیریت زمان برای انجام پروژه‌ها.

Eligibility:

Graduate from a reputable government university, preferably in MBA, industrial engineering or industrial management.

Having 1 to 3 years of practical work experience, especially in the field of electricity production and Solar power plants

Complete mastery of report writing and the ability to analyze data related to projects

Ability and experience in the processes of obtaining a license to establish a power plant and interacting with government institutions and related organizations.

Preparation for Carrying out missions outside the company inside and outside the country, especially in power plant executive projects.

Duties:

Analyzing the market and identifying new business opportunities in the field of electricity production and energy, simulation of different models for the development of power plant projects.

Preparation and preparation of detailed and professional reports including financial, technical and strategic analysis of projects.

Cooperation with teams Technical and legal in order to obtain permits for the establishment of the power plant and follow up Relevant executive processes.

Management and supervision of relations with government institutions and regulatory organizations in order to facilitate the process of issuing permits and documents related to the project.

Preparation to travel to foreign project sites and internal in order to monitor the implementation process of power plant projects and provide resources.
