شرح شغل:

• اجرای برنامه‌های جذب کارفرمایان جدید و ورود به بازارهای جدید.
• تحلیل استراتژیک صنعت و استخراج روندهای کلیدی.
• تدوین برنامه‌های جذب مشتریان جدید و مطالعه بازار برای یافتن فرصت‌های جدید.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها جهت تصمیم‌گیری آگاهانه.
• پیگیری و توسعه روابط با مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ التحصیل رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی برق، مهندسی عمران یا رشته‌های مدیریت صنعتی یا مدیریت بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با صنعت و محیط کسب‌وکار پیمانکاری در صنعت نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و نیروگاهی.
• آشنایی با پروژه‌هایEPC و صنعت پیمانکاری.
• دارای سابقه در زمینه کاریابی، برندینگ، نمایشگاه‌های نفت و گاز.
• توانمندی ارتباط با مشتریان.
• انعطاف‌پذیری و مهارت ارتباطی بالا.
• دانش کافی در خصوص مبانی و روش‌های توسعه بازار.
• روابط عمومی بالا (مسلط به مهارت‌های ارتباطی).
• روحیه پیگیری و کار تیمی.
• آشنایی با اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• منظم و متعهد.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا.

Familiarity with industry and business environment. Contracting in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power plant industry. Familiarity with EPC projects and the contracting industry. Experienced in job search, branding, oil and gas exhibitions. Ability to communicate with customers. Flexibility and high communication skills. Sufficient knowledge about the basics. and market development methods. High public relations (proficient in communication skills). The spirit of follow-up and teamwork. Familiarity with the principles and techniques of negotiation. Organized and committed. High responsibility.
