شرکت طراحی و ساختمان نفت (ODCC)، به عنوان یکی از پیشروهای صنعت نفت و گاز ایران، در پروژه تهران و واحد مهندسی نظارت کارگاهی، جهت تکمیل تیم تخصصی خود، از آقایان با حداقل 13 و حداکثر 20 سال سابقه مرتبط، برای سمت کارشناس مهندسی کارگاهی و دفتر فنی (مسئول HSE) دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.
*شرح شغل:
- نظارت بر اجرای دقیق دستورالعمل‌های HSE در کارگاه‌ها و پروژه‌ها
- ارزیابی ریسک‌ها و شناسایی خطرات موجود به منظور تضمین ایمنی محیط کار
- تدوین و برنامه‌ریزی دوره‌های آموزشی HSE برای ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی در تیم‌های پروژه
- بررسی و کنترل تجهیزات حفاظت فردی و گروهی جهت حفظ سلامت پرسنل
- بررسی قراردادها و تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای عملکرد به منظور ارائه به مدیریت پروژه
- مستندسازی بازرسی‌ها و پیگیری اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه پس از وقوع حوادث و نتایج بازرسی‌ها
*مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها:
- آشنایی کامل با شرح وظایف و ساختار مدیریت طرح (PMC) در پروژه‌های نفتی و EPC
- تسلط بر استانداردها، آیین‌نامه‌ها و مقررات ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای (HSE)
- توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع و دقیق در شرایط بحرانی و مدیریت بحران‌های کارگاهی
- مهارت بالا در کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای دستورالعمل‌های HSE و ارزیابی ریسک
- توانایی همکاری موثر با تیم‌های فنی، دفتر فنی و واحد اجرا
- دقت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی مستندسازی و تهیه گزارش‌های فنی و ایمنی

Compilation and planning of HSE training courses to promote the safety culture in project teams
Inspection and control of individual and group protective equipment to maintain the health of personnel
Review of contracts and preparation of periodical performance reports in order to present to the project management
Documentation of inspections and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures after the occurrence of accidents and the results of inspections
Skills and abilities:
Complete familiarity with the description of tasks and the structure of project management (PMC) in the project Petroleum and EPC
Mastery of occupational health and safety (HSE) standards, regulations and regulations
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in critical situations and manage workplace crises
High skill in controlling and monitoring the implementation of HSE guidelines and risk assessment
Ability to cooperate effectively with technical teams, technical office and execution unit
Accuracy, responsibility and the ability to document and prepare technical and safety reports
