شرح شغل:

• انجام متره و برآورد پروژه‌ها.
• انجام امور دفتری و میدانی به منظور نظارت بر پیشرفت پروژه‌ها.
• انتقال دانش مدیریت و مهندسی ساختمان به سازمان از حوزه تحت مدیریت.
• کمک به انعقاد و قراردادهای مشاور مهندسی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی عمران.
• آشنا با مباحث مقررات ملی ساختمان و اطمینان از تطبیق پروژه‌ها با قوانین.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در فروش محصولات افزودنی بتن/آسفالت و خدمات مهندسی.
• آشنایی لازم با نرم‌افزار اتوکد و طراحی سازه و مجموعه نرم‌افزارهای آفیس.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم متره و برآورد.
• آشنا با مباحث مقررات ملی ساختمان.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره و فروش.
• سطح متوسط به بالا در زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی مدیریت همزمان چند پروژه و امور مختلف.

Job Description:

Perform project measurements and estimates.
Perform office and field work to monitor project progress.
Transfer knowledge of construction management and engineering to the organization from the area under management.
Assist in concluding engineering consultant contracts.
Eligibility Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Familiar with national building regulations and ensuring that projects comply with laws.
Related work experience in selling concrete/asphalt admixture products and engineering services.
Required familiarity with AutoCAD and structural design software and Office software suite.
Familiar with measurement and estimation concepts.
Familiar with national building regulations.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Intermediate to advanced level in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and different matters simultaneously.
