کارشناس قراردادها | Contract Expert

شرح شغل:

• تنظیم، بررسی و مدیریت قراردادهای مرتبط با پروژه‌های نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی.
• مشاوره حقوقی به تیم‌ها و دپارتمان‌های مختلف در زمینه مسائل قراردادی و حقوقی.
• اطمینان از رعایت الزامات قانونی و مقررات در تمامی قراردادها.
• برقراری ارتباط مستمر با کارفرمایان و پیمانکاران برای حل مسائل قراردادی و ایجاد شفافیت.
• تهیه اسناد مناقصه و استعلام.
• تدوین گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت قراردادها و ارائه به مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی برق، مهندسی مکانیک یا مهندسی عمران.
• آشنایی با مسائل قراردادی و شناخت پروژه‌های صنعت نفت.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه کارفرمایی و پیمانکاری.
• آشنایی با فهرست بها و توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای آفیس و متره و برآورد.
• مهارت‌های قوی در زبان انگلیسی.

Oil Construction and Design Company (ODCC) is looking for a contracts expert with experience and skill in analyzing and managing contracts related to the oil and gas industry, oil refining and petrochemicals. This job position is in Tehran and its main purpose is to ensure the correct and effective performance of contracts in the company's projects.

Responsibilities:
- Setting, reviewing and managing contracts related to oil and gas projects. and Petrochemical
- legal advice to different teams and departments in the field of contractual and legal issues
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations in all contracts
- continuous communication with employers and contractors to resolve contractual issues and Creating transparency
- Preparing tender and inquiry documents
- Compiling periodical reports on the status of contracts and presenting them to the management

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in electrical and electronic engineering or Telecommunication, civil engineering or mechanics
- Familiarity with contractual issues and knowledge of oil industry projects
- Related work experience in the field of employer and contracting
- Familiarity with price list and ability to work with Office and meter software Estimation
- Strong skills in English
