سرپرست کارگاه | Workshop Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت تمامی فعالیت‌های کارگاه.
• نظارت بر عملکرد کارکنان و اطمینان از اجرای صحیح وظایف.
• بررسی و ارزیابی مواد و تجهیزات مورد نیاز.
• تضمین رعایت استانداردهای ایمنی و کیفیت.
• همکاری با تیم طراحی برای تطبیق طراحی‌ها با نیازهای اجرایی.
• حل مشکلات فنی و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پانزده سال سابقه مفید در پروژه‌های اجرایی حوزه ساختمان و مدیریت کارگاه یا محیط مشابه.
• مهارت در مدیریت تیم‌ها و پروژه‌ها.
• توانایی حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری سریع.
• درک عمیق از فرآیندها و مواد ساختمانی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با پروژه.
• مسلط به امور پیمان و مستندات فنی پروژه.
• توانایی نظارت بر هزینه‌های ساخت و پیشرفت پروژه و مدیریت در برنامه‌ریزی برابر با برنامه زمانبندی مصوب.

Responsibilities:- planning and managing all workshop activities
- monitoring the performance of employees and ensuring the correct execution of tasks
- checking and evaluating the required materials and equipment
- ensuring compliance with safety standards and Quality
- Collaborate with the design team to adapt designs to executive needs
- Solving technical problems and providing appropriate solutions

Competencies:
- Bachelor graduates and above in the fields Engineering and civil engineering
- At least fifteen years of useful experience in Executive projects in the field of construction and workshop management or similar environment.
- Skill in managing teams and projects
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions
- In-depth understanding of building processes and materials
- Proficient in project-related software
- Proficient in project contract and technical documentation
- Ability to monitor construction costs and project progress and management in planning equal to the approved schedule
