مسئولیت‌ها:

• تست انواع قطعات الکترونیکی مانند انواع مدل‌های SMD و DIP خازن، مقاومت، سلف، فیوزها و نیمه هادی‌ها مانند ترانزیستور ماسفت دیود و آی‌سی‌ها و میکروکنترلرها به نحوی که بتواند قطعات معیوب را تشخیص داده و مقادیر آن‌ها را بخواند و در صورت عدم موجود بودن در انبار شرکت آن‌ها را سفارش دهد.
• کار با انواع ماژول‌ها و مبدل‌های الکترونیکی مانند انواع ماژول‌های تغذیه‌های DC و AC و مبدل‌های سریال و آنالوگ به نحوی که تکنیسن بتواند آن‌ها را تست و راه اندازی کند.
• کار با قطعات و المان‌های الکتریکی مانند رله‌های جریان پایین، فیوزها، شارژرهای باتری و انواع کانکتورهای صنعتی و نیمه صنعتی به منظور استفاده در دستگاهای تولید شده و یا تست دستگاه‌های موجود.
• تست و راه‌اندازی بردهای الکترونیکی.
• تهیه لیست قطعات موجود و انبارداری قطعات ورکشاپ شامل انبارگردانی قطعات و ابزارآلات ورکشاپ، خروج و ورود قطعات جدید و یا مصرف شده در پروژه‌ها و دستگاهای تعمیر شده توسط ورک‌شاپ.
• نگهداری و سرویس دوره‌ای دستگاهای شرکت، قبل از اجاره و یا فروش به مشتری.
• مستند سازی شامل تهیه فلوچارت، نقشه اتصالات و المان‌های دستگاه‌های جدید طراحی و تولید شده شرکت.
• تهیه راهنما و دستورالعمل کار با دستگاهای تولید شده شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با ابزرالات مانند دریل، انواع آچار و غیره به منظور ساخت محصولات شرکت.
• آشنایی با دستگاهای اندازه گیری الکترونیکی مانند مولتی متر اسیلوسکوپ سیگنال ژنراتور و غیره.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای الکترونیکی مانند Altium Designer و Code Vision AVR به منظور خواندن، چک کردن المان‌ها و پروگ کردن قطعات میکروپروسسوری.
• توانایی خواندن نقشه‌های الکتریکی و الکترونیکی به منظور ساخت نمونه اولیه و یا عیب‌یابی محصولات تولید شده.
• آشنایی کامل با مونتاژ و دمونتاژ قطعات DIP وSMD بر روی بردهای الکترونیکی برای تعمیرات بردهای الکترونیکی موجود و یا مونتاژ و تولید دستگاهای جدید.
• آشنایی کامل با سیم‌بندی اتصالات کانکتورها و بردهای الکترونیکی بر اساس نقشه‌های تولید شده برای تولید دستگاها و محصولات در حال تولید شرکت.

•  آشنایی با ابزار تست و تعمیر مدارهای الکترونیکی و الکتریکی.
• آشنایی با مدارهای الکترونیکی و تحلیل برد و شناخت کامل قطعات.
• مسلط به لحیم کاری و مونتاژ بردهای الکترونیک.
• آشنایی با قطعات الکترونیک DIP و SMD.
• آشنا با عیب یابی و نقشه خوانی مدارات الکترونیکی.
• آشنایی با تست و راه‌اندازی مدارات الکترونیکی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی.

Responsibilities:

Testing all types of electronic components such as SMD and DIP models of capacitors, resistors, inductors, fuses and semiconductors such as MOSFET diode transistors and ICs and microcontrollers in a way that can detect defective components and read their values and if they are not available in stock The company will order them.
Working with all kinds of electronic modules and converters such as all kinds of DC and AC power supply modules and serial and analog converters so that the technician can test and start them.
Working with electrical parts and elements such as low current relays, fuses, battery chargers and all kinds of industrial and semi-industrial connectors for use in manufactured devices or testing existing devices.
Testing and commissioning of electronic boards.
Preparation of the list of available parts and storage of workshop parts, including storage of workshop parts and tools, exit and entry of new or used parts in projects and devices repaired by the workshop.
Periodic maintenance and service of the company's devices, before renting or selling to customers.
Documentation includes preparation of flowchart, connection map and elements of new devices designed and produced by the company.
Preparation of manuals and instructions for working with the devices produced by the company.
Qualifying conditions:

Familiarity with equipment such as drills, types of wrenches, etc., in order to manufacture the company's products.
Familiarity with electronic measuring devices such as multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator, etc.
Familiarity with electronic software such as Altium Designer and Code Vision AVR in order to read, check elements and program microprocessor parts.
The ability to read electrical and electronic drawings in order to make prototypes or troubleshoot manufactured products.
Full familiarity with the assembly and disassembly of DIP and SMD parts on electronic boards for the repair of existing electronic boards or the assembly and production of new devices.
Complete familiarity with the wiring of connectors and electronic boards based on the plans produced for the production of devices and products being produced by the company.
