شرح شغل:

• تکمیل چک‌لیست شامل الزامات استقرار سیستم‌های کیفی و ایمنی مواد غذایی.
• انجام آزمایش‌های فیزیک و شیمیایی محصولات مواد غذایی از جمله چربی، پروتین و قند.
• تفسیر و تحلیل نتایج آزمایش‌ها و مهارت‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها.

شرایط همکاری:

• شیفت‌های روز و شب: از 6:30 صبح تا 6:30 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 6:30 عصر تا 6:30 صبح.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• ساکن استان البرز: کرج و حومه.
• آشنایی با الزامات نمونه‌برداری و انجام آزمایشات مختلف بر روی مواد اولیه، محصول در حال تولید و محصول نهایی جهت کنترل کیفیت غذایی.
• آشنایی با روش‌های مختلف آزمایشگاهی و ابزارآلات مربوطه.
• مسلط به محلول‌سازی و محاسبات مطابق با دستورالعمل‌های ابلاغی.
• آشنایی با آنالیز مواد، اقلام بسته‌بندی و محصول (مطابق استانداردها و الزامات).
• آشنایی با اصول GMP و GLP.
• آشنایی با نوشتن SOP، سایر اسناد مربوطه، تهیه و تدوین دستورالعمل‌های کاری و گزارش‌های ادواری.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و همکاری.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباطی قوی.
• مسلط به انجام کارهای همزمان و توانایی حل مسئله.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و استرس.

Job Description: Completing the checklist including requirements for the establishment of quality and food safety systems. Conducting physical and chemical tests of food products including fat, protein and sugar. Interpreting and analyzing test results and data analysis skills. .
Terms of cooperation:
