شرح شغل:

• تعیین فرایندهای مرتبط با واحد فنی مهندسی.
• ایده‌یابی و پیشنهاد طراحی محصولات جدید.
• پایش و و اندازه‌گیری فرآیندهای مرتبط و ارائه به نماینده مدیریت.
• حصول اطمینان از انطباق فرآیندهای تولید و ساخت با الزامات و مقررات قانونی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مدیریت کیفیت.
• مسلط به APQP (تهیه مستندات محصولات)، BOM ،OPC ،FPC ،CP.
• توانایی اخذ، تحلیل و بررسی، تنظیم و تدوین گزارشات مدیریتی.
• آشنایی با طراحی قالب‌های سنبه ماتریس و انواع فیکسچرها.
• آشنایی با طراحی قالب‌های تزریق پلاستیک.
• آشنایی با طراحی قالب‌های دایکاست.
• مسلط به طراحی قطعات الکترونیکی و مکانیکی.
• تسلط کامل به فرایندهای تولید.
• توانایی تهیه و تدمین دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی مرتبط.

Proficiency in quality management
Proficiency in APQP (product documentation preparation) BOM-OPC-FPC-CP
Ability to obtain, analyze and review, prepare and compile management reports
Familiarity with the design of matrix mandrel molds and types of fixtures Familiarity with the design of plastic injection molds Familiarity with the design of die-cast molds Mastery of the design of electronic and mechanical parts Complete mastery of the processes Production
Ability to prepare and maintain related guidelines and implementation methods
Determine processes related to the technical engineering unit
Identify and propose new product designs
Monitor and measure related processes and present to the management representative
Ensuring compliance of production and manufacturing processes with legal requirements and regulations
