شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولیدی و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای کیفی و بهداشتی.
• هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف تولید برای بهینه‌سازی استفاده از منابع و تجهیزات.
• شناسایی و حل مشکلات تولیدی و ارایه راهکارهایی برای بهبود مستمر فرآیندها.
• آموزش و راهنمایی کارکنان تولید و ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌های شغلی آن‌ها.
• ارزیابی عملکرد تولید و تنظیم گزارش‌های دوره‌ای برای مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع غذایی.
• تجربه در حوزه مدیریت تولید و خدمات مرتبط.
• توانایی مدیریت و هماهنگی تیم‌های تولیدی.
• مهارت در حل مسائل و تفکر انتقادی.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای کیفی و بهداشتی.

Ahya Nan Iranian Company operates in the data processing, hosting and related services industry and is looking for a production supervisor with expertise in food industry engineering in Chenaran. This role is responsible for monitoring and coordinating production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with quality and health standards
- Coordination with different production departments To optimize the use of resources and equipment
- Identifying and solving production problems and providing solutions for continuous improvement of processes
- Training and guiding production employees and improving their job skills
- Evaluation of production performance and preparation of reports courses for management

Competencies:
- having a bachelor's degree in food industry engineering
- experience in the field of production management and related services
- ability to manage and coordinate production teams
